To nurse, just fold the bra cup down either inwards or outwards. No hook to deal with. As the cup is very soft and have high density which is crush resistant (and it is specially produced to make this bra suitable for nursing), so it will not look awkward under clothing.

Each bra comes with adjustable shoulder straps (as shown in picture), which allow moms to continue using this bra, nursing or not. To wear it for nursing, just remove the shoulder straps. Use it with shoulder straps to wear it as a traditional bra. It can be a convertible bra which allows criss-cross and halter features too.
