Upon receipt of payment, your orders will be processed and shipped within the next 2 business days.

International orders are shipped via air mail and are scheduled to arrive within 14 - 21 days, depending on the destination.

Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes payable to the country the items are entering into.

These additional costs are not covered under the shipping fee schedule, and are the responsibility of the customer to pay these fees to receive the shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase at www.mylovelycloset.com, you can return the items within 14 days of receipt for an exchange (subject to availability) or a refund (excluding shipping) in the form of My Lovely Closet store credit. Items accepted for returns/exchanges are nursing wear and nursing bras only.

The following guidelines apply for exchanges:

1. Write to us via email (info@mylovelycloset.com) for instructions prior to returning the item.
2. Exchange will be accepted if you inform us of such intention within 14 days of receipt of items and items are to reach us within 30 days from date of invoice, subject to written confirmation from My Lovely Closet.
3. Items to be returned / sent back with their original packaging, in a re-sellable condition
4. Returned items should be sent to us at customer's own cost.
5. Delivery or shipping fees are not refundable
6. Returns cannot be accepted on worn, soiled, stained or washed merchandise
7. Discounted / special priced items are final sales and will not be accepted for Returns/Exchanges
8. Customer will bear the shipping cost of the new item and difference in price between the returned and new item.

My Lovely Closet cannot take responsibility for loss or damage to items sent back to us, so, please ensure that your item is properly packaged and insured, if necessary.

In the event that the exchange item is out of stock, we will provide a refund in the form of store credit.
